It reflects a commitment to responsible and sustainable practices across various areas, including occupational health and safety, human rights, and environmental and legal compliance.

Certification in Crime Prevention Model
Haldeman Mining Company S.A. and Minera HMC S.A. received – during November 2023 – certification from the auditing company HD Systems for their Crime Prevention Model in compliance with Law 20.393. The company achieved 95% compliance in the Excellence category.
This certification, which is voluntary, is valid for two years and confirms the quality and efficiency of the compliance system that helps minimize the occurrence of crimes within the organization. At the same time, it reflects the commitment of all company members to developing a culture of integrity.
